EquityHR does not sell or share personal information in exchange for monetary value or for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, California law still requires us to make this disclosure.

We may be required to verify your identity prior to processing requests.
Authorized Agents
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents when appropriate documentation, identity verification, and signed authorization is provided.
Non-Discrimination
EquityHR will not discriminate against any California resident for exercising their privacy rights under CCPA / CPRA.
